Abstract
Objective: Nasopharyngeal IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) at OBI (On-Board Imager), CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), the lens absorbed dose to normal organs and dose assessment by the EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device), in patients with cancer.

Method: Using a phantom torso was subjected to CT (Computed Tomography), and establish the treatment plan and the acquired image in the same conditions of the treatment plan ratio duam patient. Location optical stimulation luminescence dosimeters carried on the lens position and CT simulator, OBI, CBCT, EPID was measured under the same conditions and repeated three times to the left and right treatment ends.

Results: CT simulator in the case of conducted OBI, CBCT, EPID results of measuring the absorbed dose to the lens when shooting CT simulator uses a linear accelerator if the RT 4.720 cGy, LT 4.688 cGy, EPID case of RT 1.819 cGy, LT 2.103 cGy ,OBI RT 0.494 cGy, LT 0.544 cGy, CBCT cases RT 2.049 cGy, LT 2.123 cGy, for the case of patients with a total absorbed dose of lens who is EPID until the end of treatment of patients from in CT simulation clinical average RT 39.192 cGy, LT 38.159 cGy, OBI average RT 35.278 cGy, LT 34.682 cGy, CBCT average RT 44.168 cGy, LT 41.264 cGy, was measured cases.

Conclusion: Lens absorbed dose received by a patient when performing a check shot to the OBI, CBCT, EPID 3 ways in the course of the CT simulator to treatment was seen
that in most cases less hayeoteul conduct OBI.
